Reminder – Monday Ladies Road Ride 6:30pm from Aweres Public School

Hey Ladies!

Reminder we will be meeting at Aweres Public School in Heyden at 6:30pm and doing the same route as last week. When we hit the straight stretch at Bellevue Valley we are going to focus on some group riding skills, riding 2 abreast and rotating positions through the group. We will ride this section 3 times at an easy pace to focus on skills development, which will add roughly 4km to the total ride distance. This route also has some good climbs to practice climbing and descending skills as well. Check out the link below for some group riding tips.
