As the season winds down, it’s time to get the gravel, cyclocross, and XC bikes out! Come out and get some practice in on the loose surfaces prior the gravel grinders and Cyclocross races this year.
I don’t expect to be out after dark, but sunset is getting earlier and earlier, so it would be wise to bring lights.
This Week’s ride starts at the Harvest Festival grounds in Jocelyn at 7:15pm. Map: Google. It’s a little further than Richard’s Landing, so please leave yourself some extra time to get there.
This will be a social, no-drop out-and-back on the gravel section of P-line followed by a paved ride down 5th Side Rd to Concession 2 and back along A-Line’s gravelly section. There may be raspberries if we’re lucky. Map: RidewithGPS
Shawn will be leading a C-group ride along the P-Line section. This piece could most-likely be ridden with a road bike and wide tires, so if you want to come out and are worried about pace, ability, or inappropriate bike, that would be a great group to join!
